Abe's Log Cabin
In Enosburg Falls, a tiny time capsule preserved and protected offers a hands-on experience of life in the mid-19th century. The 1830-1840s log cabin began as a sheepherder's home but was moved to make room for a park and clapboarded. The last occupant moved out in 1975, and it was preserved for visitors and history-enthusiasts alike.
This Place in History is produced in partnership by Local 22 & Local 44 (www.mychamplainvalley.com) and the Vermont Historical Society.
