The Pavilion Building, home of the Vermont History Museum in Montpelier, looks like the old Pavilion Hotel from the 1800s. But the current building dates to the 1970s and was constructed as a modern state office building, made to look like the former historic structure.

This Place in History is produced in partnership by Local 22 & Local 44 (www.mychamplainvalley.com) and the Vermont Historical Society.
