Going to National History Day

Winners at Vermont History Day can qualify to attend National History Day. The 2024 National History Day national contest is scheduled for Sunday, June 9 - Thursday, June 13, 2024 at the University of Maryland-College Park. The registration deadline will be Tuesday, May 14, 2023 at 11:59 pm.

The registration deadline is also the submission deadline for students with websites and papers, including project paperwork (process paper and annotated bibliography). Students with performances, exhibits, and documentaries must also submit project paperwork (process paper and annotated bibliography) by the registration deadline.
