Frederick Billings's Model Farm
Located in Woodstock, Vermont, the Billings Farm and Museum was once a working farm founded by Frederick Billings that was designed to explore new farming methods and teach other farmers around the state how to use those sustainable and effective agricultural practices. Along the way, Billings sought to use Jersey cows to make butter and other dairy products to supply the growing demand in a rapidly-growing country.
