Description
Significantly faded green pennant with the word "Vermont" spelled in gold and at the biggest end, a white triangle with the initials AKK around a faded green triangle. AKK stands for Alpha Kappa Kappa, a medical school fraternity founded at Dartmouth College in 1888. There was a chapter formed at the University of Vermont in 1894 called the Delta chapter and the green triangle is the Delta symbol in the Greek alphabet. The fraternity disbanded nationally in the 1960s.
