The generosity of our communities in donating items to our collections is wonderful, but not always easy to handle. How can you establish ownership for donations dropped at your door? Can you tell people you don’t want something? What do you do if you’ve run out of space for new collections? We’ll discuss common issues such as these surrounding donations to our collections and strategies for managing them.
