GC-56Homes2Homes & Vermont College, as seen from Liberty Street. We are in the process of scanning glass plate negatives created by Philip S. Smith of Montpelier, Vermont. Many photos are in Montpelier, but not all. The entire collection is composed of 160 plates, most of which we have divided into several "sets" and posted on Flickr, the photo sharing web site.
