It's Father’s Day weekend and family fun can be found at the Vermont History Expo in Tunbridge. With a theme of H2O: The Power of Water in Vermont History, there will be plenty of hands-on activities for all. For example, youngsters will be encouraged to make Champ puppets and march with them in the daily parade at 12:30 pm!
Vermont Historical Society’s History Expo coordinator, Amanda Gustin, explains, “We have a lot of family activities planned for History Expo 2016. The Vermont Department of Fish and Wildlife will be hosting Let’s Go Fishing activities. Families can check out dragon flies and water scorpions at Montshire Museum’s Pond Life from 12:00 to 5:00 pm each day. Be sure to bring your water shoes for Stream Walks at 1:00 and 3:00 pm!” More details.
