Tour the Museum At the award-winning “Freedom and Unity: One Ideal, Many Stories” exhibit, visitors walk through time – from an Abenaki wigwam to present-day culture – exploring hundreds of years of Vermont’s history. Whether your group is interested in skiing, maple syrup or the Green Mountain landscape, our fun and lively exhibit brings Vermont's true magic to your entire tour experience. Student ToursStudent tours are guided and feature your choice of a hands-on focus activity: • Abenaki Life • Merinos to Mittens • Morse Code Guided themed tours are also available to enhance classroom curricula. Choose from: • Travel and Communication • Forests in History • Waterways in Vermont  Guided student tours are free! Or, suggest your own – we will try to implement new themes as requested. Please call several weeks ahead for new theme development. Guided student tours of the exhibit are free; a minimum of 10 students and pre-registration is required. Homeschool groups are also welcome.
