Volunteer Opportunities

Your time can help us preserve Vermont’s rich history and connect children and adults throughout the state with their heritage. We need you to volunteer in the library, museum, administrative offices and events such as Vermont History Expo. Volunteer duties can range from giving you fascinating views into diaries or books from long ago to opportunities to help children learn about Vermont history to seeing Vermont's heritage in action at our special events and programs.

As a volunteer, you can have a flexible schedule, get a discount in our store, go to special volunteer-only events and get into other museums free.
