Bradford Historical SocietyWoods Academy Building, 172 North Main Street, Bradford, VT There is a museum of local interest in the old Academy Building (1893), now used as the town hall and other offices. Collections include costumes, documents, photographs, schoolbooks, farm tools, and souvenirs of local businesses. Hours and Admission: March - December: Friday, 10:00 a.m. - noon, or by appointment. The museum is handicapped accessible by elevator.
Braintree Historical SocietyBraintree Hill Meeting House, 2766 Braintree Hill Road, Braintree, VT The society maintains the Braintree Hill Meetinghouse, erected by the Congregational Society in 1845. A museum on the ground floor contains 19th-century farm tools, domestic paraphernalia, town memorabilia, photographs, manuscript materials, and school records. Activities include Old Home Day (1st Sunday in August) and special programs. Hours and Admission: by appointment and during scheduled events. Free. Access to the museum room is via two steps down.

Randolph Historical SocietyMuseum, Salisbury Street (above police station), Randolph, VT The museum is located above the police station, across from the post office. Exhibits include printing items, the complete 3-generation (early 1900s) Leonard's Drug Store and soda fountain, barber shop, three period rooms, an early pipe organ, Justin Morgan's gravestone, farm tools, trade signs, band instruments, and bicycles. Strafford Historical SocietyMeeting Room, Brick Store, The Common, Strafford, VT The society uses the lovely, large room located to the rear of the post office in the Brick Store in the upper village. Thetford Historical SocietyHistorical Library: Bicentennial Building, 16 Library Road, Thetford, VT The society maintains two sites. The library contains about 4500 volumes, 100 linear feet of manuscripts, photographs, portraits, and small artifacts. The museum contains agricultural implements, craft and domestic tools, store and post office fittings, all housed in a barn and three smaller buildings. Hours and Admission:

Tunbridge Historical SocietyTunbridge, VT The society promotes Tunbrdige's history through preservation of artifacts and documents, research, and field trips. Public programs are held in the spring, summer, and fall. Past projects include Tunbridge Village Historic District highway signs, historic building date signs, and signs for 20 town cemeteries. Vershire Historical SocietyTown Center Building, Vershire, VT The society has recently (2007) moved into the first floor addition of the Town Center Building in Vershire. Williamstown Historical SocietyMuseum, 2476 VT Route 14, Main Street, Williamstown, VT The museum building was originally the Universalist Church, built in 1836, and was remodeled in 1929 and used as an Odd Fellows hall until 1979. Exhibits include items from the Universalist Church in use prior to 1929, Modern Woodmen of America ritualistic pieces, Odd Fellow and Rebekah memorabilia, a postcard display of early views of Williamstown, furniture, clothing, books, documents, photographs, paintings, agricultural tools, household items, and town memorabilia from 1790 to the present.
