Statehood Bicentennial Quilt
Statehood Bicentennial Quilt -

To commemorate Vermont’s 1991 Statehood Bicentennial, quilters from around Vermont created fourteen quilts to represent each county. The quilts were exhibited throughout the state during the celebration and donated to VHS the following year. Each quilt has a unique design made to represent the individual towns located in each county. The Caledonia County quilt is composed of twenty-four blocks, one for each of its towns, surrounding Vermont’s Bicentennial logo. Donated by the Vermont Statehood Bicentennial Commission. 68”h. x 40.5”w. 1992.77.3.
