Third graders at Proctor Elementary School worked with the Proctor Historical Society to study Proctor’s neighborhoods and how they have changed over time.  Students learned about the neighborhoods by interviewing current and past residents, analyzing historic photographs, and studying historic maps.  After they completed their research, groups of students planned service projects to benefit the neighborhoods that they have studied.
