The next Vermont History Expo will be June 2014!

Imagine a sunny summer weekend at the Tunbridge Fairgrounds, with 4,000 people re-living important moments in Vermont history, watching history-based theater, parades or music performances and generally having fun while experiencing Vermont's rich heritage. Sponsoring Vermont History Expo 2014 highlights your support of Vermont and its history!

You can be a sponsor of the 12th annual Expo in 2014. Previous Expos have been named Top Ten Summer Events by the Vermont Chamber of Commerce and chosen by Yankee Magazine as one of New England's Best Events!

Expo typically has 4,000-7,000 attendees. Over 100 local historical societies; 50 museum and heritage organizations; plus authors, musicians, genealogists, crafters and other talented professionals offer workshops, parades, Revolutionary and Civil War re-enactments, performances and demonstrations. It's down-home fun and learning, whether someone is 8 or 88!

Your support of this quintessential Vermont event will be highlighted in a number of ways:

  • Programs: 4,000-7,000 visitors to Vermont History Expo
  • Posters: 1,500 posters throughout the state
  • Pre-Event Materials: at Vermont Welcome Centers
  • Website: logo or listing at www.vermonthistory.org with click-through to your website for two years

Expo participants are intellectually lively, environmentally attentive, and well-educated. They are preservationists, genealogists, craftspeople, scholars and agriculturalists, tending to support enterprises that speak to their grassroots values.
