Vermont History Expo: Be a Volunteer

The next Vermont History Expo will be in June 2014, and we need lots of volunteers to help produce this popular event!

Here are a few key areas in which we need volunteers:

  • Clara's Games and other family activities
  • Coordinators for various areas - presentations, music, authors, animals, etc.
  • Logistical volunteers to help with ticketing, parking, orienting
  • Volunteer staffers for tents and structures
  • Pre-event volunteers to help with organizational details

Volunteers enjoy the following benefits:

  • 2 day passes for Vermont History Exxpo
  • Breakfast Reception Sunday, 8:30 am -10:00 am (at fairgrounds)
  • A planned trip to somewhere in Vermont; late August
  • Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon each March at the Vermont History Center in Barre.
