At every Vermont History Expo, we welcome dozens of local historical societies, heritage organizations, and museums to share history exhibits.
In 2014, exhibitors will share history on the topic of "Artists and Artisans: Vermont's Creative Heritage" as well as their own local historical topics.

If your organization has registered at Vermont History Expo 2014, and would like to share information about the exhibit you are planning or reserve tables and chairs, the forms are provided here.
As we plan and market Expo, the more we know about the exhibits that will be on the grounds that weekend, the more we can connect with potential audiences and plan our own work to support you. If you know what you'll be bringing, what topic you'll be sharing, or anything about what you're planning, we'd greatly appreciate if you could fill out this Exhibit Information Form and let us know.

We also provide the opportunity for exhibitors to rent tables and chairs through us for that weekend. You are also welcome to bring your own tables and chairs, but if you'd like to save the worry and the carrying, we're happy to arrange them for you.

Registered exhibitors at Vermont History Expo:
- will be provided with an exhibit space of either 8'x8' or 8'x10'
- agree to produce a history exhibit within that space that reflects either the theme of Vermont History Expo ("Artists and Artisans: Vermont's Creative Heritage") or a Vermont history topic of their own choosing
- agree that the exhibit will be of high quality and visually effective
- agree to set up and then staff that exhibit during Vermont History Expo.

Please be aware that the fees for exhibiting at Vermont History Expo are $50 for VHS institutional members and $100 for non-institutional members. If you are not a member, your $100 fee will cover the cost of a membership, and we will contact you with membership materials. To learn more about VHS membership, visit our membership page.

October 15, 2013: Registration forms mailed to potential exhibitors.
November 22, 2013: Registration due back to VHS.
March 3, 2014: Confirmation mailed to exhibitors with tables and chairs rental form, exhibit information form, and press kit information.
April 1, 2014: Tables and chairs rental form due and exhibit information due to VHS. After this date, we cannot add any more exhibitors, nor can we refund fees for any exhibitors who may decide not to participate.
May 12, 2014: Final details mailed to participants, including schedules, directions, set-up information, final instructions, and exhibitors' complimentary tickets.
June 20, 2014: Exhibitors set up at the Tunbridge Fairgrounds.
June 21 - 22, 2014: Vermont History Expo!
