Two students from the Renaissance School interview long-time Shelburne resident and town clerk, Colleen HaagDuring the 2006-2007 school-year, third and fourth Graders at the Renaissance School at Shelburne Farms worked with the Pierson Library and the Shelburne town clerk on an oral history project inspired by the historic buildings in Shelburne.  Students interviewed community elders to learn about the social history of these buildings. There was a celebration at the library with students, volunteers, and community members, during which educational displays of the final project were set up for the public to view.
